Had jack come and do our en suite in November. Excellent service from start to finish. Very thorough when attending to give quote, listening to what we wanted and happy to advise on what may and may not work in the space. Full rip out and refit. Arrived on time each day, and great work ethic throughout. Always made effort to minimise mess during rip out and clean up each day. Hit a few snags but jack was able to overcome and provide us with an en-suite that we absolutely love. Jack is hard working, friendly and reliable, and very trustworthy. No issues letting him have the keys and just crack on and get the job done. Always prompt in returning calls and answering the odd question. Work was finished to an excellent standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and already arranging for him to come back and do the family bathroom.

Jack and his team did a great job transforming our kitchen and adding a downstairs WC.Jack is extremely conscientious, and along with his can do attitude ensured the turnaround time was relatively quick, even when we encountered some slight hiccups. I have now got my long awaited dream bathroom finally in place, thanks to Jack. He completely stripped out the old bathroom and fitted my new one, which I'm very happy with. JDE have done a wonderful job revamping my en-suite . They removed and disposed of the old units , then tiled and replaced the shower and put in a lovely new toilet sink combo . They also took the time to paint behind the new electric towel rail at my request and completed it all in a timely manner . I will have no hesitation asking Jack and his team to replace our downstairs loo and bathroom in due course .

After Jack did our ensuite in November we didn’t hesitate contacting him when we decided to get our family bathroom done. Full rip out of old bathroom done with minimum fuss and disruption. New bathroom suite (w/c, sink, bath, shower, rads) with full floor to ceiling tiling completed to a superb standard. Couldn’t recommend Jack highly enough. Again, he was thorough, professional, hardworking and punctual. We were let down by our suite supplier so the job over ran, but Jack was brilliant in getting back to us to get the job finished. Very obvious that Jack’s priorities were getting our job completed to an excellent standard, rather than rushing through just to get it done. The result is a beautiful bathroom that looks stunning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his work.
